India has made great strides in biotechnology and its applications in many areas. Our task was to showcase Indian innovations and create a platform for global partnerships.

Expression 360 approached GBI 2024 as an immersive ecosystem for biotechnology innovation and collaboration. The focus was to design an experience that captured India’s growing leadership in biotech while enabling global partnerships.

Key elements included:

• Grand Exhibition Pavilion Design – Curated stalls and installations to showcase cutting-edge biotech innovations and startups.

• Thematic Zones – Dedicated spaces for healthcare, agriculture, bio-energy, and industrial biotechnology, each crafted for sectoral storytelling.

• Conference & Networking Spaces – State-of-the-art plenary halls, breakout rooms, and B2B lounges for policy dialogues, investor meetings, and industry discussions.

• Engagement & Branding – Large-format digital installations, AV storytelling, and branding across Pragati Maidan to maximize visibility.

• Event Management Excellence – Comprehensive planning including logistics, protocol, security coordination, manpower, media management, and delegate experience.

Every aspect — from delegation handling to global networking zones — was designed to position India as a biotech innovation hub while ensuring smooth visitor journeys across the three-day event.
