Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) organized a landmark event at Barauni, Bihar, on 28th February 2024, which was graced by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.
Expression 360 was entrusted with the responsibility of conceptualizing, designing, and executing the entire event ecosystem, ensuring seamless coordination between IOCL, government agencies, and on-ground stakeholders.
The event required precision planning, VVIP protocol compliance, and large-scale execution to match the stature of the Prime Minister’s presence and IOCL’s role in India’s energy security.

Our Approach
Expression 360 approached the Barauni event as a national showcase of India’s energy progress, designing the venue as both a grand stage for the Hon’ble Prime Minister and an inclusive space for mass public participation.
The stage and backdrop were developed with advanced technology to highlight IOCL’s strategic projects, while extensive audience infrastructure — including seating, barricading, and comfort facilities — ensured a seamless visitor experience. Large LED screens, thematic panels, and brand-aligned installations created strong visual communication, supported by high-capacity audio-visual systems and live-feed integration for nationwide coverage.
Given the VVIP nature of the event, Expression 360 coordinated closely with SPG and local authorities to meet all security and protocol requirements. On-ground management included ushers, housekeeping teams, technical staff, and crowd coordinators to maintain smooth execution at every level.
Despite tight deadlines and large-scale complexity, the event was delivered with precision, creativity, and flawless execution, reflecting IOCL’s stature in India’s energy sector.
