The Brief

The objective presented to us was clear: simplify and amplify the Ministry’s initiatives, position food processing as a vital growth sector for India, and address misconceptions around processed food.

Our Approach

Expression 360’s strategy combined scheme awareness, sector storytelling, engagement, and narrative building into one cohesive program.

Content on flagship initiatives like PLI, PMFME, and PMKSY was simplified into infographics, explainers, and short videos, making technical information accessible to entrepreneurs, MSMEs, startups, and the public. Beyond schemes, storytelling highlighted trends, innovations, and success stories, positioning food processing as a sector of growth, nutrition, and sustainability.

Interactive formats — quizzes, polls, carousels, GIFs, and reels — sustained audience interest and fostered two-way communication. Dedicated campaigns such as Scheme Spotlights, #FoodFacts, Interactive Thursdays, and Press Meet Integrations reinforced awareness while ensuring real-time alignment with ministerial priorities.

At the core, Expression 360 shaped a consistent narrative that reframed processed food from being seen as “unhealthy” to being understood as nutritious, safe, and modern.

Impact

The strategy delivered clear outcomes:

  • Greater awareness and understanding of flagship government schemes.
  • Stronger positioning of MoFPI as a leader in the food processing ecosystem.
  • Higher participation and recall through interactive digital formats.
  • A successful narrative shift — processed food seen as a growth driver for nutrition, convenience, and sustainability.
  • Seamless alignment of content with press meets and policy direction, ensuring credibility and relevance.
