The Brief

Our aim was to bring to the fore ONGC’s leadership and their stellar achievements in energy security, operational excellence, tehnological innovation and commitment to India’s energy independence.

Our Approach

Through a dual-creative approach — “Bharat’s Forever Energy” and “ONGC Hai Na!”—the campaign celebrated ONGC’s unmatched contribution to India’s energy security while also showcasing its role as a social guardian through CSR and humanitarian initiatives.

Strategic Understanding – Conducted a deep dive into ONGC’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities, identifying brand visibility and perception as critical areas for impact.

Big Idea – Leadership Decoded – Positioned ONGC’s leadership not just by size and scale, but by outcomes:

  • Direction: Ensuring India’s energy security.
  • Alignment: Expanding global footprints through partnerships.
  • Commitment: Investing in green energy and innovation.

Creative Route 1 – Bharat’s Forever Energy – Crafted narratives positioning ONGC as the eternal source of India’s energy. Executed across:

  • Print creatives & outdoor: Symbolizing ONGC as the “Sun among the stars.”
  • Radio & social media: Tactical messaging around energy contribution, infrastructure, and global recognition.

Creative Route 2 – ONGC Hai Na! – Humanized the brand by showcasing ONGC as a guardian of people, heritage, and environment.

  • Print, Outdoor, & TVC: Emotional storytelling around ONGC’s CSR initiatives (hospitals, wildlife, skill training, heritage preservation).
  • Radio & social media: Communicating ONGC’s role as the “voice of millions” through its impact-driven programs.

Strategic Placements – To maximize visibility and impact:

  • The campaign was showcased at Delhi Airport, targeting domestic and international travelers, reinforcing ONGC’s leadership on a global stage.
  • It was also rolled out inside and outside of Delhi Metro, ensuring deep engagement with daily commuters and creating mass urban visibility.

Integrated Execution – Deployed a multi-platform strategy including print, outdoor, radio, TVC, digital content, and celebrity association with Anushka Sharma to amplify reach and resonance.
